ERA Returns policy
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, which will usually occur within 1-2 working days of an order being placed. ERA strives to fulfil all orders entirely to your satisfaction, but should you be unhappy with your order please make contact with us as soon as possible outlining the problem and we will do what we can to help. Any item for return must be in unmarked condition and returned at your expense within 20 days of shipment to you. Provided these conditions are met, we will be pleased to either replace the item or refund your original purchase cost as appropriate.
